Great Gretzky Vintage #3

"Eat your breakfast and don't forget your lunchbox." When my mom said this to me every school morning, she was talking about these things. A little Aspartame never hurt anybody... I don't think. Found these pics on Ebay where a Gretzky fan could spend 25 grand on cardboard we used to throw in the garbage on a weekly basis in the 80's.

"A little aspartame never hurt anybody" indeed! I laugh at people who think any intake of the 'unhealthy' ingredients will INSTANTLY kill them... a little amount wouldn't hurt as long as you moderate your intake. They should understand that.

Aspartame isn't all that bad, actually. But of course, a little moderation would still be needed if you don't wanna end up blaming any 'unhealthy' food for the diseases you might acquire after a couple of years.

And Cat, you used the correct term, "instantly"

We can never avoid them. It's either made of sugar or aspartame (or something else) - and we have no choice but to eat it, unless we can avoid eating ALL sweet food: cereals, sodas, chocolates, cookies, ice cream, etc... imagine life without those. I don't think anyone has ever completely abstained from sweets.

Why is that the nutritional facts is not shown in any of the pictures? Anyway, about aspartame, this kind of artificial sweetener does provide a lot of health benefits like it does not promote tooth decay, helpful for individuals with diabetes.

People don't know any better then that aspartame as much more harmful than sugar. The box though looks cool!

I should buy one of this for my son who is diabetic. He doesn’t want to eat anything in the morning so I guess I can convince him to eat if I serve this.

This is the perfect cereal for my son. It is really hard for me to buy him some cereals because he needs one that has no added sugar.
